Is there truly no beefy odor?

There is no beefy odor on the skin after applying our tallow face cream. However, since our product contains naturally occurring ingredients and depending on your sensitivity to smell, you may notice a slight natural odor when you open the jar.

What happens if my product has melted during shipping?

Since beef tallow melts at around 115 °F, our tallow face cream may arrive slightly melted on hot summer days. If this is the case, please stir the cream and stick the jar in the fridge for 30 minutes to solidify.
