How does heat molding work?

Preheat the oven to 200°F. Place the insoles in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove footbeds, place in shoes, lace up and stand in neutral position for 2 minutes.

Can these insoles be returned?

Returns are subject to the return policy. You can return the footbeds in their original condition within 30 days.
