pedag's Plantar Fasciitis insole is a semi-rigid full foot insert that provides superior support to the arches of your feet. This support helps provide relief to several foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Morton’s Neuroma and metatarsalgia. Their heel cushioning provides shock absorption and the hollow space allows the heel bone to nest, reducing heel spur discomfort.

These revolutionary insoles can be adjusted to your unique foot shape by heating the back with a hair dryer and molding the polypropylene footbead to fit, which means it can work for any kind of arch: flat, medium, and high.

They are designed specifically to fit into tight low profile shoes that still have a little bit of extra space. They're a great choice for both high and low impact sports, and wearers who have to stand for hours at a time, such as waitresses, nurses, warehouse workers, and more! These inserts also fit running and walking shoes, men's dress shoes, kitchen clogs and even construction boots; basically any occasion where you need extra support.

These insoles are available in whole sizes only and tend to run on the small size. If you regularly wear half sizes, or aren't certain what the correct size should be, order the next whole size up. If they are too big, they can also be trimmed to fit at the front, as needed.
