Start by choosing the shade that’s closest to your natural hair colour ? this will be your base reference. Then, look at the colour chart to find the shade you’d like to achieve.
Is your hair colour a permanent hair colour?
Yes.It is a permanent oxidative colour designed to deliver long-lasting results with effective grey coverage. It works through a combination of oxidative colourants and hydrogen peroxide to develop the desired shade and ensure colour durability.
Does your product contain PPD and why does your package mention “Contains phenylenediamines”?
It doesn't contain PTDS.The formula uses Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate, a derivative of PPD that is considered a milder alternative.
By law, the packaging must include the statement “Contains phenylenediamines,” even though our products are PPD-free.
Can I use this after bleaching or perming my hair?
Yes, but wait at least 14 days before applying the hair dye,and shampoo your hair before colouring.
After perming, straightening,or bleaching,the cuticles become more porous and fragile, it’s important to allow some time to recover before colouring.
Is a Patch Test / Skin Sensitivity Test required?
