Product description
This is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It involves inflammation of a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of each foot and connects the heel bone to the toes. Plantar Fasciitis commonly causes stabbing pain that can be painful to live with.
A bony bump that forms on the joint at the base of your big toe. This causes the tip of your big toe to get pulled toward the smaller toes and forces the joint at the base of your big toe to stick out. Wearing tight, narrow shoes might cause bunions or make them worse. Orthotics with metatarsal support can help bring the toes to their natural state.
A foot deformity that occurs due to an imbalance in the muscles, tendons, or ligaments that normally hold the toe straight. Usually occur in your second, third, and fourth toes. Relieving the pain and pressure of hammertoe may involve changing your footwear and wearing orthotic shoe inserts with metatarsal support.
