A bright cherry red hair dye. This shade glows brightly under blacklights. Use on level 7+ hair color. Manic Panic Red Velvet is a semi-permanent gel hair color formulated to identify & bond with hair fibers. Once bonded, the color molecule mimics the hair fiber resulting in: Maximum color longevity, color can last through 40+ washes, true fade-on-tone result, even distribution of color molecules, higher deposit and absorption of the dye.

1. Prep the hair by washing with a clarifying shampoo. Do not apply conditioner or styling aids.

2. Apply color blocker to the hairline
