It is normal if you found some losing hair when you got the goods and washed it first time. As there is some extra hair not sewn onto the wigs, some broken hair while processing the wig.(dyeing or textures making). To keep the textures and styles as it is, we have not disposed of them when processing is finished.
2.Hair Length?
The way we measure the hair is to make it stretch, then measure from the top to end , instead of measuring it directly.
3.Why the texture of the wig is not same as the picture or the previous orders?
