How is Fulton different from other insoles?
There are many things that make Fulton insoles unique, such as their materials, design, & efficacy. The most importance difference is their cork base, which molds to the way you walk, and the shoes you walk in, to provide custom support and comfort.
How long do they take to break in?
In general, your insoles should be broken in after about 10 hours of walking with them (or 30 miles ? whichever comes first!)
What size should I order?
We recommend buying the same size insoles as the shoes you’re planning to wear them in. If you’re between full sizes, order a size up. There is no trimming required! They are meant for standard width shoes only.
Should I move them between shoes?
We suggest keeping your insoles in the same pair of shoes. The insoles mold to your feet based on the way you walk in a specific pair of shoes, so moving them between shoes won’t provide ideal support and may impact the duration that the insoles last
How long do they last?
Fulton insoles are quite durable, and will last about as long as a pair of shoes. We recommend replacing your Fulton insoles when you replace your shoes, or after about 500 miles (a year of regular wear)
