Boond Fragrances are made using Deg-Bhapka technique

???? | Boond, a line of pure natural, handcrafted fragrances made using a method known as Deg-Bhapka that is unchanged since 1000AD with a mission to revive the craft.

The Deg-Bhapka method involves a slow distillation process wherein a copper vessel or deg is filled with organic ingredients like Jasmine, herbs and water. The vessel is sealed with mud and put on wood fire. Finally the fragrant steam travels through the bhapka and is cooled to become a perfume.
