Q1: Can't open the mirror?
A1: Please refer to the installation steps on our user manual in the package, or the video on our product page. Put the 10X side on the top and unscrew the magnified side according to the directional arrows(Turn Right). The battery case opens easily. Insert batteries and match the connection point to the groove below, twist the mirror face(Turn Left) and lock it tightly.
Q2: Didn't work?
A2: This LED mirror is battery-operated. When you receive it, you need to use 4*AAA batteries to let it light and make sure you can get enough lights for makeup. If the light still doesn't work, please message us via Amazon Message Center. We will reply you within 12 hours!
Q3: Base does not screw into the mirror?
A3: Due to the bumpy transportation, the screw at the bottom of the mirror may be loose, causing the column cannot be tightened together with the base. Please gently tear off the anti-skid pad of the base, and then tighten the screw with a screwdriver, so that the mirror and the base will be firmly installed together.
