When using Indigo with henna for hair color, beautiful brown and black hair can be created. Gwyn used Ancient Sunrise premium Zekhara Indigo and Rarity Henna designed for 4a, b and c hair. A two step process was used to achieve beautiful shiny black locs. We have the perfect color for you.

Missy's hair has about three inches of natural growth. The rest has been chemically dyed with bleach and caramel highlights. Missy clarified her hair using Ancient Sunrise Rainwash the night before applying her mixture. All hair needs to be prepped for henna applications. Ancient Sunrise Rainwash clarifying treatment is recommended to use the day before you dye your hair. All natural Rainwash will remove minerals and product build up, perfectly priming your hair for dyeing.

The hair has minimal gray with some bleach damage at the ends. However, overall the hair is healthy. The medium brown kit for gray hair was applied over all of her hair. This kit contains Ancient Sunrise's highest quality twilight henna and zekhara indigo. Twilight henna and zekhara indigo are the best powders to use on bleached or damaged hair. They are cultivated specifically for dyeing resistant gray hair.

This is one week after coloring with the henna medium brown kit for gray hair kit. One week is the usual time for the color to oxidize to the true final color. The henna color covered her hair great. There are some lighter brown highlights where she had previously bleached highlights. However, the color blends and looks very natural.
